About the Buyer Agency Contract

The Buyer Agency Contract (Form BAC) is the exclusive agency contract for buyers’ and tenants’ agents. By signing this contract, the buyer or tenant agrees to be represented by the broker and no other. Neither side has an automatic right to terminate and walk away unless both sides negotiate that term into the contract.
